- Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll calculations, benefit administration, salary surveys & review, taxation and management reports preparation
- Update and maintain employee database records in HR systems
- Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports and related HR documents
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in C&B functions, preferably from sizable corporations
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications, and HR system such as Oracle, SAP or Peoplesoft is preferred
- Cheerful, flexible, strong numerical sense, proactive and able to work independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Proficient in English and Chinese
