Company Secretarial Assistant / Officer

Salary Range: 20,000-24,000

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities

- Assist in performing a full range of company secretarial duties as well as statutory compliance for the listed company and its subsidiaries in HK, PRC and overseas
- Attend to Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and compliance issues
- Prepare the documentation regarding results announcement, notifiable transaction announcements, circulars, notices, board and committee meeting(s) of directors and members' meeting etc
- Maintain and update statutory records and proper filings
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements

- Degree or above in corporate governance or related disciplines;
- Associate / Student Membership of the ICSA/ HKICS;
- Min. 2 years' experience in company secretarial field;
- Good communication and inter-personal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
