As the Head of Procurement, you will be entrusted with the full strategic and operational leadership of the procurement department.

Your key accountabilities will include:
• Strategic Leadership: Provide overall direction for the procurement department, ensuring all activities robustly support safe, reliable, and high-quality daily flight operations.
• Executive Influence: Advise the President and senior leadership on immediate priorities and the long-term strategic development of the procurement function.
• Team & Resource Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, optimizing both human and capital resources for maximum impact.
• Financial Stewardship: Own the procurement budget, with full responsibility for its determination, allocation, and control to deliver significant cost savings.
• Performance Oversight: Oversee all procurement divisions, setting clear performance metrics and driving accountability to achieve key targets for aircraft spares supply, commercial procurement, and annual cost savings.
• Quality & Compliance: Develop and implement robust Quality Assurance frameworks to ensure all procurement activities meet the stringent standards of the aviation industry and support evolving business needs.

You are a seasoned aviation procurement leader with a proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes supply chains. You combine strategic vision with operational grit and excel in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is highly advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience within the aviation industry, with at least 5 years in a senior procurement leadership role managing teams and multi-million dollar budgets.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., HKAR, EASA, FAA), airline operations, and the technical landscape of aircraft spares and commercial procurement.
• Skills:
o Exemplary leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
o Superior strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to influence at the executive level.
• Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
